Homework, homework, homework.

I'm just about finished revising my last essay from my writing class for my midterm. I have about one page left to write, but that can be easily filled in.

I'm reading an article that was handed out in my polisci class from a few weeks ago. The article is about the fall of Russia and the coruption of the "government". I'm reading this for my take-home midterm essay that is due on Tuesday. As I'm reading it, I have PBS on in the background. Washington Week is on, and I'm finding myself distracted by the discussed topics which include: Miers' nomination, CIA leak investigation and the focus on Vice President Cheney's office and referendum vote in Iraq and the administration's war strategy. At least I'm being distracted by something semi-relevant to the class. I need to buckle down. On top of finishing these two papers, I need to read about 4 chapters of homework for Tuesday which most likely won't get completely finished.

I need to just come home from school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and start in on my homework. I feel pretty tired by the time I get home, so I think it's time to break out the French press a little more often than expected. Oddly enough, I feel that when I'm writing my essays under pressure, I tend to do much better. Probably not a good idea since I am the queen of procrastination, any way.

Could someone please stop by with a cattle prod? :)
